Position:Customer Engineering Manager

1. Be the key factory liaison person on all technical and operational matters with the customer
2. Coordinate all customers’ engineering builds and qualification builds with relevant factory teams to maximize our resources.
3. Be the consultant on factory’s Process/Package Capabilities to the Sales/TPM teams & provide recommendations to cater for customers’ requirements
4. Working closely with NPI team on BOM & Process Flow recommendation that meet the customer’s Quality & Reliability.
5. Manage Risk Assessment & Risk Mitigation by working with factory’s QA, PE and NPI teams.
6. Monitor & track the progress of key deliverables to achieve defined Key Milestone and Success Criteria including regular communication with customers

1. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
2. Must be able to speak and write well in both Chinese and English
3. Minimum of 5 years working experience in semi-conductor industry. OSAT experience will be an advantage
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Able to adapt to challenging situations
7. Ability to work well under pressure
8. Good knowledge and understanding in IC assembly and packaging
9. Good command in spoken and written English / Mandarin
10. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
11. Program Management skills
