Position:Customer Service Manager

  • Drive company’s revenue achievement against the target.
  • Drive for customers’ ranking and satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectation, including resolve customer issues if any.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers of their respective accounts / sales region to understand the business requirements and expectation.
  • Co-ordinate and support customer service projects and initiatives
  • Develop strategic Customer Service Support solutions to achieve customer loyalty and growth in revenue from existing customer base.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business & Administration, Engineering, Science or related fields
  • Customer Service or Stake holder management experience
  • Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score at least 700)
  • Good at MS Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably with production & materials planning knowledge in relevant industries.
  • Creative and Energetic characteristics
