Position:Customer Service Executive

  • Coordinate with internal people for serving all customer requirements
  • Contact with the customer regarding the daily issues and some technical issues
  • Monitor customer die longing in order to fulfill the forecast properly
  • Monitor engineering lots and the engineering lot on hold regarding the shipback date and hold reson also, inform the customer if has potential delay
  • Prepare necessary information to customers per their requests
  • Consolidate some information from the customers to quality team for performing the experiment or evaluation
  • To discuss with customer on technical issue and coordinator for customer project to enhance of new business or development

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • 1-5 years experience in Customer Service or Production Control, Process Engineer/ IE IC Manufacturing field is preferable
  • Good command in English and Japanese are preferable
  • Good Relationship
  • High leadership and good negotiation
  • High responsibility and good follow up
  • Pleasant personality
  • Initiative for problem solving
